Our moving services are hourly based. This means that we charge by the number of hours each booking takes. The minimum booking hour is 2 hours and after that you are going to be charged by every half an hour extra according to our price list below. No depot charges. Some man and van services charge to come out to you. We do not. Time starts when we arrive and end when we have finished the job. If you would like a delivery of single item like wardrobe, sofa, washing machine or pick up your shopping from ebay, IKEA, B&Q, Homebase and furniture shop please feel free to contact us.
Retailer can’t deliver at your convenient time but we assure you. We will pick up or delivery at your preferred time.
All vans are equipped with trolleys, blankets, straps, sat-nav etc..One Man is the Driver who always help with loading and unloading, please consider to select at least 2 men if there are heavy or large items for one man.If job run over the estimated time, we will charge in 30 minute blocks. Please note that we provide our service up to fourth floor if there is no lift operating. Please do not overload boxes and make the weight not heavier than 20KG. If you want to cancel your booking, make sure to do it 48 hours in advance, otherwise cancellation fee will apply (cancellation fee = 30% of total charge).
CONGESTION CHARGE ZONE applies Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm; Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 6pm ( £18:00 ). Â
Parking is extra cost if applicable.
